EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Yamal Perfumes. Please read our policy carefully before making a refund or exchange request.
Eligibility
* You have 3 days after receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.
* The perfume must not have been used more than 5%.
* Items returned without prior approval from Yamal Perfumes will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are accepted in the following cases:
* You don’t like the perfume: Only the product amount will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
* The item is damaged: Both the product amount and delivery charges will be refunded.
Refunds will only be transferred to your Bank Account, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or SadaPay.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges / Replacements
* For exchanges or replacements, the customer will bear all delivery charges.
* The fastest way to exchange a product is to request an exchange, return the product, and then place a new order.
* Exchanges are approved only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return Instructions
* The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the box and bubble wrap.
* If the product is damaged during return shipping due to poor or insufficient packaging, no refund will be issued.

Important Notes
* Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for products returned without prior approval.
* We will notify you once your returned item has been received and inspected and will inform you whether your refund or exchange has been approved.
